At Rustic Mountain Home, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our policy below:

• Damaged or Defective Items: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.

• Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date.

 

Other Refund & Return Terms:

• Wrong Address: We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or insufficient addresses entered by the customer. No refunds will be issued in these cases. Please double check your shipping address before confirming order.

• 15-Day Limit: Refunds or claims must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order. No refunds will be issued after this timeframe.

• Shipping Costs: All approved refunds will incur return shipping charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.
