Cancellation Policy

Registration & Payment Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment of $179 per seat. Seats are strictly limited to 20 participants per session and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Your spot is not held until payment is completed. Rustic Mountain Home reserves the right to release unpaid reservations without notice if payment is not received at the time of booking. All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments. By completing your registration, you agree to this booking policy in full. Workshop Cancellation by Rustic Mountain Home In the unlikely event that Rustic Mountain Home must cancel a scheduled workshop due to instructor illness, technical failure, or other unforeseen circumstances, all registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available session. We will notify all registered attendees via email as soon as possible. Access & Attendance Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing the Zoom link and workshop access details. This link is for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold. Sharing your access link with others is a violation of this policy and may result in removal from the session without refund. Participants are encouraged to join the Zoom session 5–10 minutes early to test audio and video. Late arrivals will be admitted as space allows but no content will be repeated. Code of Conduct All participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally. Rustic Mountain Home reserves the right to remove any participant from the session for disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior without refund.
